Refund policy

Ready Set Fun Entertainment, LLC strives to provide high-quality tournaments, leagues, events, rentals, and community entertainment experiences. By registering for an event or purchasing services through our website, you agree to the following refund policy.

## Event Registrations

All event registrations are considered final once payment has been completed.

### Tournament & Event Refunds
- Registrations canceled 14 or more days before the event may be eligible for store credit or transfer to another event at management discretion.
- Registrations canceled within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, forfeits, or disqualifications.

## Event Changes & Rescheduling

Ready Set Fun Entertainment reserves the right to:
- adjust event schedules,
- modify tournament formats,
- change event times,
- combine divisions,
- or reschedule events when necessary due to weather, attendance, emergencies, venue limitations, or operational needs.

If an event is canceled by Ready Set Fun Entertainment and cannot be rescheduled, participants may receive:
- store credit,
- event transfer,
- or refund consideration at management discretion.

## Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Participants removed from an event for:
- harassment,
- cheating,
- abusive behavior,
- intoxication,
- threats,
- or unsportsmanlike conduct

will not receive refunds.

## Rentals & Services

Rental cancellations may be subject to separate rental agreement terms and cancellation windows.

## Donation & Charity Events

Donations made during charity or fundraiser events are non-refundable.
