Welcome to Ready Set Fun Entertainment, LLC. By accessing our website, registering for events, purchasing services, or attending events, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

## Event Participation

Participants agree to:
- follow event rules,
- respect staff decisions,
- maintain good sportsmanship,
- and comply with venue policies.

Ready Set Fun Entertainment reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator for:
- disruptive behavior,
- cheating,
- harassment,
- threats,
- unsafe conduct,
- or violations of event rules.

## Tournament Formats

Tournament structures, schedules, division sizes, and formats may be adjusted when necessary due to:
- attendance,
- venue limitations,
- operational needs,
- weather,
- or other unforeseen circumstances.

## Championship Qualification

Championship invitations, rankings, wildcard selections, and qualification criteria are determined solely by Ready Set Fun Entertainment.

Management reserves the right to:
- adjust rankings,
- resolve disputes,
- issue wildcard invitations,
- or revoke qualification eligibility when necessary.

## Payments & Registration

Registration spots are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed.

Certain events may:
- require invitations,
- use limited inventory registration,
- or operate under qualification-only entry systems.

## Intellectual Property

All branding, graphics, logos, event concepts, and website content belonging to Ready Set Fun Entertainment may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

## Assumption Of Risk

Participants and spectators voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending or participating in events hosted by Ready Set Fun Entertainment.

## Limitation Of Liability

Ready Set Fun Entertainment shall not be held liable for:
- injuries,
- lost property,
- theft,
- event interruptions,
- scheduling changes,
- or damages resulting from participation in events or use of services.

## Changes To Terms

Ready Set Fun Entertainment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
