We'll walk everyone through the basics, including how the game is played, scoring, strategy, and the official rules we'll use for Ready Set Fun events. After instruction, we'll move into guided practice games so everyone gets a chance to actually play.

No experience necessary. We'll teach you everything you need to get started.

Interested in playing regularly? This is also your chance to get a feel for our Dominoes League before joining.

Our Fall 2026 Dominoes League begins Tuesday, September 15, with weekly Tuesday-night play at Ready Set Fun.

No! This night is specifically designed for beginners and anyone who wants a refresher before league play begins.

What type of Dominoes will you teach?
We'll teach the Double-Six Block Dominoes format used for Ready Set Fun league and tournament play.

Do I need to bring dominoes?
No. Ready Set Fun will provide the domino sets needed for instruction and guided games.

Do I need a partner?
No. Our Dominoes format is individual head-to-head play, so no partner is required.

How much does it cost?
Nothing! Learn to Play Dominoes Night is completely FREE.

Do I need to register in advance?
Advance registration is encouraged so we know how many players to prepare for, but there is no admission charge.

What time should I arrive?
Instruction begins at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 1. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you're ready when instruction begins.

Will we actually get to play?
Yes! After learning the rules and scoring, we'll move into guided practice games so you can learn by actually playing.

Do I have to join the league afterward?
No. There is absolutely no obligation to join. If you enjoy it and want to keep playing, our Fall 2026 Dominoes League begins Tuesday, September 15.

Can experienced players attend too?
Absolutely. Experienced players are welcome to attend, learn the Ready Set Fun rules, play practice games, and help kick off our Dominoes community.
