The Ready Set Fun Spades Cash Series uses a two-stage tournament format designed to guarantee every team multiple matches while rewarding consistent performance throughout the event.

🏁 Pool Play

• Teams are assigned to Pool Play groups.

• Every team is guaranteed multiple Pool Play matches.

• Matches are played to 250 points or a 25-minute time limit, whichever comes first.

• If time expires, the current hand is completed before the winner is determined.

• No new hand will begin if less than two minutes remain on the tournament clock.

• Pool Play standings are determined by:

  • 🏆 Match Wins

  • 📊 Score Differential

  • ⚖️ Tournament Tie-Breakers (if necessary)

• All teams advance to the Championship Bracket.

• Pool Play standings determine Championship Bracket seeding.

🏆 Championship Bracket

• Teams are seeded into a Double Elimination Championship Bracket based on their Pool Play performance.

• Teams must lose two matches before being eliminated.

• Championship matches follow the same scoring and time limit used during Pool Play.

• The final remaining team is crowned the Ready Set Fun Spades Cash Series Champion.

Following the championship presentation, the venue will remain open for Casual Open Play. Players are encouraged to stay, enjoy the atmosphere, meet new competitors, and continue playing throughout the evening.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust Pool Play assignments, Championship Bracket seeding, or tournament structure based on the number of registered teams to provide the best tournament experience. All Tournament Director decisions are final.

Every team advances from Pool Play into the Championship Bracket. Pool Play standings determine each team's seed based on match wins, score differential, and tournament tie-breakers if necessary.

What if my teammate can't make it?

A substitute teammate may be used before Player Check-In closes. Once tournament play begins, team rosters are locked and substitutions are no longer permitted.

Following the awards presentation, the venue remains open for Casual Open Play, giving players the opportunity to continue playing, meet other competitors, and enjoy everything Ready Set Fun Entertainment has to offer.
