Area Development Manager

Position Overview

Ready Set Fun Entertainment is seeking a strategic, results-driven Area Development Manager to lead business growth, territory expansion, and operational development within assigned regions. This role is responsible for increasing market share, strengthening brand presence, improving operational performance, and driving revenue growth.

The Area Development Manager works closely with ownership and leadership to execute expansion strategies, build partnerships, and ensure consistent service standards across all locations or service areas.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Growth & Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities within assigned geographic areas
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies
  • Research competitor activity and pricing trends
  • Evaluate potential expansion into surrounding counties or cities
  • Build strategic partnerships with schools, churches, corporations, and event planners

Revenue Development

  • Set and track revenue goals for assigned territory
  • Monitor booking trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Implement promotional campaigns to increase market penetration
  • Drive upselling of premium packages and add-ons
  • Analyze monthly revenue performance and adjust strategies

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure consistent service standards across assigned area
  • Monitor delivery performance, staffing efficiency, and event execution
  • Oversee staffing needs and workforce development within territory
  • Identify areas for operational improvement
  • Maintain quality control standards for equipment and customer service

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise local team leads and event supervisors
  • Support recruitment and onboarding in expansion areas
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Develop leadership pathways within the company
  • Promote company culture and accountability

Community & Brand Development

  • Represent Ready Set Fun Entertainment in local business networks
  • Build long-term community relationships
  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Strengthen brand visibility within assigned region

Financial Oversight

  • Monitor labor costs and operational expenses
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for territory
  • Ensure profitability targets are met
  • Track ROI on marketing efforts
