Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC

At Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC, we understand that plans can change. The following policy outlines our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling guidelines for all rental reservations.

1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

  • A reservation is confirmed once payment or a deposit is received.
  • By placing a reservation, the customer agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy as well as our Rental Agreement.

2. CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

a. More Than 72 Hours Before Event Date

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund of payments made, minus a non-refundable booking fee of $35.

b. 72 Hours or Less Before Event Date

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event date are non-refundable.
  • This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.

3. RESCHEDULING

  • One (1) reschedule is allowed at no additional charge if requested more than 72 hours before the event date.
  • Rescheduled events must occur within 90 days of the original event date and are subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event date may result in additional fees.

4. WEATHER POLICY

  • Outdoor equipment rentals are booked rain or shine.
  • No refunds are provided due to weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, or cold.
  • Customers may reschedule due to severe or unsafe weather at the discretion of Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC.
  • Equipment must not be used in unsafe weather conditions.

5. EARLY RETURNS & UNUSED EQUIPMENT

  • No refunds are issued for early returns or unused rental items.
  • Rental pricing is based on the reserved time period, not actual usage.

6. CANCELLATIONS BY READY SET FUN ENTERTAINMENT LLC

In the rare event that Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC must cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen emergencies):

  • The customer will receive a full refund of all payments made, or
  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost or at a discounted rate at the discretion of Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC..

This will be the sole remedy for such cancellations.

7. REFUNDS PROCESSING

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • Booking or administrative fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or emergencies.

9. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking with Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
