Cleanliness Policy for Rental Equipment

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC is committed to providing clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment for all rentals. To ensure safety and quality for all customers, the following Cleanliness Policy applies to all rental equipment returns.

1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

All rental equipment must be returned clean and free from excessive dirt, food residue, or debris. Customers are responsible for cleaning items during and after use according to the instructions provided.

2. FOOD & CONCESSION EQUIPMENT

For cotton candy machines, snow cone machines, hot dog machines, and other food-service equipment:

  • Remove all food, sugar, ice, syrup, or debris before return
  • Wash and sanitize all removable parts according to the provided instructions
  • Ensure machines are completely dry before return to prevent damage or mold
  • Do not return equipment in a dirty or unsafe condition

Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. See Fee Schedule Below in section 4.

3. GAME AND ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT

For Nerf, inflatable, or interactive activity equipment:

  • Remove dirt, mud, or debris from surfaces
  • Remove all darts, game pieces, and accessories
  • Deflate, fold, or pack equipment as instructed
  • Report any accidental spills or stains to the Company

4. CLEANING FEES

If equipment is returned in a condition that requires excessive cleaning or repair, the Customer agrees to pay a cleaning fee, which may be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.

Typical cleaning fees include:

  • Light cleaning: $10–$25 per item
  • Extensive cleaning or sanitization: $50–$150 per item
  • Food equipment requiring full sanitation: $50–$100 depending on size and complexity

Fees will be assessed at the discretion of Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC based on the condition of the returned equipment.

5. INSPECTION

All rental equipment is inspected upon return. Customers are responsible for ensuring the equipment is cleaned and prepared for inspection. Failure to meet cleanliness standards may delay deposit refunds or result in additional charges.

6. RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Follow the cleaning instructions provided with each piece of equipment
  • Use gloves and proper cleaning tools when handling food-service machines
  • Contact Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC with any questions about cleaning procedures

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By renting equipment from Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Cleanliness Policy.
