Pick Up and Delivery Policy

At Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC, we offer both customer pick-up and professional delivery services depending on the type and size of the rental equipment. The following policy outlines delivery requirements, mileage fees, time windows, and customer responsibilities.

1. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • Delivery is required for:
    • All bounce houses and inflatable rentals
    • Any rental item weighing over 100 pounds
  • These items are not eligible for customer pick-up due to safety, transport, and setup requirements.

2. DELIVERY MILEAGE FEES

  • Delivery includes up to 35 miles round trip from our business location.
  • A mileage fee of $2.00 per mile will be charged for any distance over 35 miles.
  • Mileage fees are calculated automatically at checkout or added to the final invoice.

3. DELIVERY & PICK-UP TIME WINDOWS

  • Standard delivery and pick-up windows are:
    • Up to 3 hours before the scheduled event start time
    • Up to 3 hours after the scheduled event end time
  • These windows are standard and allow for efficient routing and scheduling.

Specific delivery or pick-up times are not guaranteed unless prior arrangements are made and approved in writing by management.

4. CUSTOMER PICK-UP ELIGIBILITY

  • Customer pick-up is permitted only for approved items under 100 pounds.
  • Pick-up availability must be confirmed in advance.
  • Customers must have a vehicle suitable for safe transport and proper securing of equipment.

5. PICK-UP SPECIFICATIONS

  • Rental items approved for customer pick-up may be picked up at the address listed on the rental contract, unless other arrangements are made in advance with management.
  • Customers are responsible for loading, securing, transporting, and returning the equipment safely.
  • Equipment must be returned no later than one (1) hour after the rental period has ended, unless prior arrangements have been approved.
  • Late returns may result in additional fees.

6. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS & SPECIAL REQUESTS

  • Requests for:
    • Specific delivery or pick-up times
    • After-hours service
    • Extended rental periods

must be approved in advance by management and may result in additional charges.

7. DELIVERY AREA & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear and safe access to the delivery location
  • Adequate setup space
  • A level surface free of hazards
  • Compliance with venue, HOA, or property rules

If safe access is not available upon arrival, delivery may be refused and no refund will be issued.

8. MISSED DELIVERY OR PICK-UP

If delivery or pick-up cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Inaccessible or unsafe location
  • Locked gates or restricted access

additional fees may apply, or the rental may be canceled without refund.

9. CUSTOMER PRESENCE

  • An adult (18+) must be present at delivery and pick-up unless otherwise approved.
  • The customer or authorized representative must verify placement and condition of the equipment upon delivery.

10. SAFETY & SETUP AUTHORITY

Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC reserves the right to:

  • Determine safe placement of equipment
  • Refuse setup in unsafe conditions
  • Cancel or modify a rental if safety requirements are not met

11. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking with Ready Set Fun Entertainment LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Pick-Up & Delivery Policy.
